Paneer Masala

                          PANEER MASALA



Hello Fam!! Today we will see how to make a easy side dish. 

Preparation time: 30 mins

Serves:4

INGREDIENTS 
Paneer cubes - 200 gms
Big onions - 1 no
Capsicum - 1 no
 Jeera - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 3 nos
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp
Chilli powder - 3 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 2 tsp
Kasuri Methi - few ( Crushed)
Salt to taste 

METHOD 

   Heat oil, add Jeera, big onions and saute it.

•   Add cut capsicum cubes.

   Add chopped green chillies. 

•   Add salt.

•   Add ginger-garlic paste. 

•   Into this add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and saute well. 

•   Add cut paneer cubes and mix well. 

•   Finally add Garam masala powder and crushed Kasuri methi.

•   Yummy Paneer masala is ready to serve!
