                                Fish Fry


Heya Fam. Welcome back to my blog. Today we will see how to make fish fry. It's a simple dish so ya'll can try.

So to begin with, Here I have used Pomfret fish. You can use any fish of your choice. 

INGREDIENTS:
Pomfret fish - 1 kg
Chilli powder - 3 tbsp 
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp 
Ginger - garlic paste - 2 tsp
Salt to taste. 

METHOD:

•   Clean fish.


•   In a bowl put Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Ginger-garlic paste, Salt. 


•   Sprinkle little water. Mix it well.


•   Apply the masala on the fish. Let it marinate for half an hour to one hour.

•   Heat a tawa pour coconut oil. Fry the fishes both the sides till done.

•   Yummy fish fry is ready to serve.
 
Serve hot with Rasam and rice.
