Banana Fritters

                        BANANA FRITTERS


Hello Fam!! Today we will see Kerala special, easy snack.

INGREDIENTS:
 Banana - 2-3 nos.
Maida - 2 cups.
Rice flour - 1/4 cup.
Sugar - 1/4 cup.
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp.
Egg - 1 no.
Salt to taste.

METHOD:

•   In a bowl mix maida, rice flour, sugar, turmeric powder and salt.

•   Into this add egg, water. Mix it well.

•   Slice bananas. 

•   Heat oil for deep frying.

•   Dip banana slices in the batter.

•   Deep fry one by one.

•   Yummy banana fritters is ready to serve.
