TANDOORI CHICKEN
Heya Fam!! Welcome back!! Today we will learn how to make yummy Tandoori Chicken.

INGREDIENTS :
• Chicken - 1/2 kg
• Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tbsp
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
• Pepper powder - 1 tsp
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
• Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
• Coriander powder - 1-2 tsp
• Ginger and garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
• Curd - 2 tbsp
• Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
• Lemon juice - 2 tsp
• Salt to taste
METHOD :
• Clean chicken pieces.
• In a bowl mix all the dry masala powders.
• Add ginger and garlic paste.
• Add curd.
• Add lemon juice.
• Finally add kasoori methi and salt.
• Mix this mixture with chicken and let it marinate for 1-2 hours.
• Grill the chicken using Tandoor Non-stick grill, smearing oil cooking all the sides till done.
• Hot and tasty chicken tandoori is ready to serve.
• Garnish with onion rings.
• Serve with green chutney and mayonnaise sauce.
