INGREDIENTS :
• Kovaikai / Tindli - 1/2 kg
• Gingelly oil - 4 tbsp
• Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
• Cumin powder - 1/4 tbsp
• Salt to taste
METHOD :
• Wash Tindli and wipe it.
• Slice Tindli.
• Heat oil in a kadai, add tindli and saute it.
• Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt and saute it in medium flame.
• Close the lid and cook till done.
