                          PANEER TIKKA




Heyyaaa Fam!! Today I'm gonna share an amazing recipe with ya'll. Paneer Tikka is an easy and yummy dish. 

INGREDIENTS :

• Paneer cubes - 200 gm
• Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tbsp
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
• Cumin powder - 1/4 tbsp
• Garam masala powder - 1/2 tbsp
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
• Ginger and garlic paste - 3/4 paste
• Curd - 1 cup
• Bengal gram flour - 1/2 cup
• Kasoori methi - 1/2 tbsp
• Salt to taste

METHOD :

•   Cut paneer into cubes.


•   In a bowl mix all the dry spices and salt
together.


•   Add curd and bengal gram flour with the spices. Sprinkle Kasoori methi.


•   Add ginger - garlic paste.


•   To this mix paneer cubes. Let it marinate for 30-40 minutes.


•   In a skewer arrange onions cube,capsicum cube,paneer cube.

• Arrange it in the same order in other skewers too.


•   In a non stick tawa place the paneer skewers.

• And drizzle oil.

• Let it get cooked in low medium flame for 2-3 minutes each on all the sides.

• When it turns golden brown remove it from the tawa.

•   Yummy yummy Paneer tikka is ready. This goes well with Phulka, Chapati and Fried rice too. Serve hot and enjoy 😋
