PANEER GRAVY

                      PANEER GRAVY


INGREDIENTS

• Paneer cubes - 200 gms
• Big onions - 2 nos
• Tomatoes - 2 nos
• Whole spices (Cinnamon-2 inch, Cloves-4 -5 nos, green cardamom - 3 nos)
• Ginger and garlic paste - 2 tsp
• Bengal gram flour - 3 tbsp
• Oil - 2tbsp
• Kasoori methi crushed - a pinch
• Salt to taste

METHOD
• Chop onions and tomatoes.

• Cut paneer into cubes.

• Grind ginger and garlic.

• Heat oil in a pan fry paneer cubes till slightly golden and keep aside.

• Heat oil saute onions for a minute then add tomatoes and saute.

• Let it cool.

• Grind onion and tomato.

• Heat oil in a kadai add whole spices and saute. To this add grounded paste and saute till raw smell disappears.

• Add ginger and garlic paste,red chilli powder,bengal gram flour saute for some time. Add fried paneer, salt and mix till done. Garnish kasoori methi. 

Goes well with Naan, Kulcha, Roti.
